We are a transportation planning consulting firm that specializes in transit planning, the integration of multi-modal solutions, and the interface between land use and transportation planning in solving unique problems. We have over 26 years of combined experience in these areas.



We have managed projects in transit planning, multimodal facilities planning, land use growth and forecasting, and land use-transportation integration. We are currently working with both RTD and CDOT on multimodal corridor EIS’s. Our experience relates specifically to major corridor work and our technical skills are complemented by extensive experience in agency coordination and consensus building.



Our addition to a team brings a combination of skills that can be easily tailored to meet the needs of the project without overwhelming the project team. We can lead or supplement technical transit planning, environmental process work, station access and modal interface development, bicycle and pedestrian access and trail planning, or a myriad of other services such as public art programming.
